1. Ownership and acceptance

The website www.hoopytech.com (the "Site") is owned by Hoopytech AI & Big Data Boutique, S.L. ("HoopyTech"), with NIF (Spanish tax ID) B21802327 and registered address at Calle Peñíscola 15A, bajo, local 4, 12003 Castellón (Spain). Full identification details are set out in the Legal notice.

Use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions (the "Terms"), of the Legal notice, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy. If you do not agree with any of these texts, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The purpose of the Site is to provide information about HoopyTech and its professional software engineering and artificial intelligence services: development, integration and process automation. The Site does not sell products or services online. Any provision of professional services is governed by a specific contract between HoopyTech and the client.

3. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge and does not require prior registration. HoopyTech reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Site, as well as to modify its content or functionality, without prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

The User undertakes to make lawful use of the Site and, in particular, not to:

  • Carry out activities contrary to applicable law, morality or public order;
  • Introduce viruses or any other malicious computer code;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, computer systems or networks of HoopyTech;
  • Carry out actions that may damage, overload or impair the Site;
  • Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes, including mass scraping or the systematic reuse of its content.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of the Site (texts, code, design, images, trademarks and logos) is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and is owned by HoopyTech or by third parties who have authorized its use. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation is prohibited without the express written authorization of HoopyTech.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. HoopyTech does not control, and assumes no liability for, the content or practices of such sites.

7. Contact form

Information submitted through the contact form will be processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. The User guarantees the accuracy of the data provided and undertakes to communicate any change thereto.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The information contained on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. HoopyTech does not guarantee that the Site is free of errors, interruptions or delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoopyTech will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Site, including indirect damages or loss of profit.

HoopyTech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at www.hoopytech.com/terms-and-conditions with its last-updated date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Castellón, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
